    The fifth edition of Parizza took place alongside the Sandwich & Snack Show and Vending Paris.

    The show featured a large number of special events and highlights, such as:

    The French Pizza Championship, which once again took centre stage for two days. With competitions and demonstrations of acrobatic pizza making, the pizza chefs present had a great time demonstrating their prowess.


    Innovations, with new products submitted by the show’s exhibitors. With the special Innovation trail mapped out, visitors could discover the latest new developments in Italian catering.


    Talks, presentations, latest news and cookery demonstrations every hour on the Zapping du Snacking stage.


     The Parizza Academy, back for a second edition and which rewarded an innovative and trend-setting concept suitable for being developed as a franchise.


    Without forgetting the unique atmosphere so typical of Italian gastronomy!
