The Pizza Survey - CHD Expert*

Exclusively for Parizza, a survey of the pizza sector in France was carried out by CHD Expert in December 2010 based on a selection of 187 pizzerias and Italian restaurants.

Objective
To assess the state of pizzerias in the past year and evaluate the prospects for 2011: This survey was repeated in February and June 2011. A final wave has been scheduled for January 2012 and the results will be announced at the show.

A French Pizza Champion of the World - Congratulations

Dorothée Leombruni is the new Pizza Champion of the World... And she's French!

After being crowned Champion of France 2011, Ms Leombruni won Champion of the World in Fiumicino near Rome, competing against experienced professionals. Double congratulations for this young French women who has only been working for 17 months for Stellina Pizza in Salon-de-Provence in the Bouches-du-Rhône département of France.

Her speciality? Pizza Abruzzo: porcini mushroom cream sauce, fresh tomatoes, and a drizzle of truffle cream sauce…

France Pizza Tour 2012

Building on the success of the first 2 tours, the France Pizza Tour is off again this year on the roads of France looking to discover tomorrow's talent.

The rules are the same: a test of quality and qualification for the big final in Paris for the top ten in each leg of the tour. These encounters give rise to fruitful exchanges between the newcomers and veterans and have been remarkably successful in the past.

The big final will be held at Parizza!
